Instructions
Bring 35L of water to the boil. Turn heat off.
Whisk 7kg of Potato Mash into boiled water until thick and creamy. Maggi Mashed Potato remains soft and light for hours.
Ready to serve.
TIP: For a creamier or richer mashed potato, add butter or margarine to prepared mash.
