Instructions
Bring 20L of water to the boil. Turn heat off.
Whisk 4kg of Potato Mash into boiled water until thick and creamy. Maggi Mashed Potato remains soft and light for hours.
Ready to serve.
TIP: For a creamier or richer mashed potato, add butter or margarine to prepared mash.
